We’re more committed to the revaluation of our party PDP in Osisioma - Stakeholders upholds.

The state PDP deputy Chairman Hon Obinna Nwachukwu who convened the meeting of Osisioma PDP party stakeholders at his Office revamped and reiterated their spirits over the means to retain and refrain more unity and love amongst one another. While he expressed appreciation over their intent perseverance of the leaders commended the Ward party Chairmen for their doggedness in the faces of respective challenges noting it as an unforeseen general occurrence.

We believe moderates will need to be driven out in order to usher in the progressive era because for progressive people the present is the beginning of the future. For conservative people the present is the end of the past.

We’ve categorically understood also that we all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road or backslides we won’t make any headways, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive that’s the our stand Hon Obinna affirmed

X-raying the party journey so far, The Local Government party Chairman Sir Ihezuo Ufomba, Stakeholders Chairman Eld Sam Njoku enjoined them to remain steadfast and undistracted seeing the precedence as a way beyond preparedness but as a swap to strategize towards an achievable approach. They further imbibe the ward leaders to revert back to their drawing boards and make adequate use of their position to make sure the party at the grassroots is protected in its entirety.

In separate words and contributions, The Ward Chairmen, Hon Young Onyike, Hon Joseph Ohaja amongst other very notable remarks commended the timely convergence of this meeting and its significance this period that will encourage focus, Unity and cooperation for the growth and development of the entire Osisioma.

The Federal Government has announced the indefinite suspension of the N-Power program. Betta Edu, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, made the announcement while featuring on a TVC news program on Saturday. She said the decision was birthed by some irregularities within the scheme, noting that the government has launched investigation into the utilization of funds since the program began. The Minister claimed that some of the beneficiaries are not found in their place of assignments yet they expect monthly stipends. According to her, some of the beneficiaries ought to have exited the program since 2022 but are still on the payroll. She said, “We must go back to look into N-Power and understand what the problems are so we will basically suspend the programe for now until we are done with proper investigation into the utilization of fund into the N-Power program.
