Character and Combustive Intellect, the person of Prince Chris Enweremadu, CEO of Royal Maids. LLC, U.S.A. Chief Convener/ Organizer of Nigerian Centenary U.S.A
Prince Chris Enweremadu, CEO of Royal Maids, LLC has done a lot of the shores of this space but to crop few where he organized the Nigeria Centenary USA, in the past years 2014 with the Collaboration of the Nigerian Consulate, New York headed by Ambassador Habib Baba Habu in commemoration of Nigeria’s 100th year as a republic. A platform through which Nigerians and friends of Nigeria who have helped put Nigeria in a positive light in the eyes of the international community were recognized for their hard work with awards.
What are we driving at, Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others even in collective efforts towards the achievement of a goal, and has absolutely nothing to do with seniority or one’s position in a hierarchy that’s to say that Titles are of little or no importance at all.
Sequel on the above, Prince Christian Ndubuisi Enweremadu is a distinguished son of the late Eminence, Eze Dr. Sir B.O. Enweremadu, and a beloved native of Ngwa land. He embodies charisma, refinement, and compassion. A true gentleman and a dedicated advocate for the underprivileged, Prince Chris is deeply connected to his roots and committed to the betterment of his community.
Born in Abiaba Okpuala, Ngwa-ukwu, Prince Chris Enweremadu began his educational journey in Isiala Ngwa, attending Obikabia and Ahiaba Okpuala primary schools. Prince Chris N. Enweremadu is the President and Founder of Open Arm Concept Foundation (OACF), a nonprofit organization through which he has tirelessly mentored young children and assisted struggling families both in the United States and his hometown in Isiala Ngwa North LGA of Abia State, where challenges are profound. He is also the CEO and President of Royal Maids, LLC, operating in both Nigeria and the United States as a consultancy and general contracting company specializing in brokering deals, securing foreign investors, and general construction. Prince Enweremadu serves as a Board Director and Secretary of Bronx Community Board 5, New York, U.S.A.
He is currently serving as Vice President & Treasurer and holds a seat on the Board of Directors of the Lakehouse Homeowners Association in the U.S.A. He also served for many years in the leadership council at Grace International Church, New York, where he was a youth mentor, among other roles.
Prince Enweremadu has been a committed advocate for the Nigerian community in the United States, actively participated in organizations such as the Nigerians in Diaspora Organization, New York (NIDO-NY), the Organization for the Advancement of Nigerians (OAN), and Abia First. For over a decade, he has passionately worked towards improving leadership in Abia State and Nigeria as a whole. He galvanizes the participation of Abians, friends of Abia, and all Nigerians in the diaspora to foster socio-economic development in Abia State and Nigeria.
Through his corporation, Royal Maids, LLC, U.S.A., and in partnership with the Nigerian Consulate in New York, Prince Chris N. Enweremadu initiated and organized the Nigeria Centenary, USA event in 2014. This event of high magnitude brought together Nigerians from across the United States and beyond to New York City, aiming to initiate a dialogue on mobilizing Nigerians in the diaspora towards a firm commitment to contributing to the socio-economic development of Nigeria while taking into account our journey as a people and commemorating Nigeria’s 100-year milestone since the amalgamation of Northern and Southern Nigeria. The platform also recognized the top 100 distinguished Nigerians and Nigerian-based organizations in the United States, celebrating their accomplishments.
Prince Enweremadu is married with three children. Having had the benefit of living in an advanced and civilized society, he is deeply committed to improving the lives of people in his homeland. Through his nonprofit organization, he has periodically executed projects geared at motivating and sponsoring young individuals in Isiala Ngwa by making available school supplies and other forms of support through his back-to-school project. He is a true son of Ngwa land, dedicated to the upliftment and empowerment of his community.
From the aforesaid, the only cogent deductible conclusion will be that leadership is not selfish, not centred on ego and the nonsensical “it is my turn with” sense of entitlement” but on the propensity to drive a collective vision and not insulting the sensibilities of others.
Character, a set of behaviours used to help a People align their collective direction to execute strategic plans to better our Society and continually Focused On Renew and organization, comes into play. Note, the words, OTHERS, PEOPLE and RENEW are deliberately foregrounded, for purposes of emphasis.
Furthermore, the particular combination of qualities in a person that makes them different from others, culminating in the way someone thinks, feels or behaves can equally be said to form part of what is called character. Bill Gates, who needs no introduction in global affairs once said: “As we look ahead into the next century, leaders must be those who empower others”
God bless you
